Step 3 · Get connected
Your own LinkedIn account, connected to a workspace that only holds Limitless. You keep full control and the veto on every word.
Order matters: the seat goes onto the workspace first, then the connect link gets clicked. Not the other way round.
Seat assigned to the Limitless workspace (Dan, before anything is clicked)
Callum opens the connect link on his laptop or phone and connects his LinkedIn
Browser extension or credentials, both work. The link is scoped to the Limitless workspace only.
Confirm the account shows Logged In in the workspace with the licence attached
Agree the weekly volume together and set it on the account
Ceiling is 200 connection requests a week. Starting lower is fine. Brand protection over volume, your call.
Inbox visibility, your choice: limited (you see only engine conversations) or full
Optional: portal login so you can watch replies land in real time
Step 4 · Profile working pass
The profile is the shopfront. Most people decide whether to accept in about ten seconds, so the profile matters more than the content feed for this.
Headline: who you help and what changes for them, not a job title
Banner: real work, not a stock image
About section: first two lines carry the pitch, written in your voice
Featured: best film work pinned, case study when it is ready
Agree the ship date: changes live this week, before outreach starts
Step 5 · Targeting
A drafted top-25 contact-led list is on screen. Your market, your edits win.
Walk the top-25 list and mark keeps, cuts and additions
Question one: does accountancy become audience B?
The Norwich Accountancy story is literal category proof. Worth its own lane?
Question two: the do-not-contact list
Existing clients and anyone else off limits. This gets applied as a hard blacklist before anything launches.
Step 6 · Messages
Drafts exist to be rewritten. The voice is yours, the engine just carries it.
Edit the example messages live until they sound like Callum on a good day
Agree the sign-off ritual: nothing goes live without your written OK by email
You confirm final wording, then we bind it and launch. Every future change works the same way.
Deliberately not today
Sequencing is the point. Campaign shells are cheap; rebuilding a loaded one is not.
- ·No campaign build, no audience load, no launch today
- ·Order: your written copy sign-off, then the blacklist applied, then build, then launch
- ·Website brainstorm gets its own booked slot rather than a squeezed half-conversation
Step 7 · Close: what happens next
ECG: contacts mined and loaded for the agreed top-25, copy bound after the written OK, then launch
First week runs deliberately slow, roughly 10 to 12 invites a day while the account settles, then it picks up.
Callum: profile changes shipped this week, message sign-off by email
Testimonial edit: where has the render got to?
Case studies: the enquiries figure for Norwich Accountancy when the client's data lands, plus the next two
Book the website brainstorm as its own session
